Is the free version really free?

Yes. The free plan lets you block up to 5 sites and use the Pomodoro timer, Strict Mode and the full focus garden — with no time limit and no account. Every new install also gets a 7-day Pro trial.

Can I block just YouTube Shorts and not all of YouTube?

Yes — that's what Smart Blocking (Pro) is for. You can block Shorts, Reels, a specific channel, a subreddit or any sub-path while keeping the rest of the site available.

What happens when I pay?

You receive a license key by email. Open the extension's Settings → License tab, paste the key and click Activate. Pro unlocks instantly.

Which languages does it support?

English and Spanish. You can switch the language from the popup or the Appearance tab at any time.

Does it slow down my browser?

No. It's built on Chrome's Manifest V3 and blocks at the network level, so there's no page injection and no measurable slowdown.
